ABOUT ME
I have over 19 years of collective experience in design leadership, user experience, visual design, user research, and data analytics.
I hire, manage, and lead seven UX resources, focusing on retaining, mentoring, and guiding our designers, content editors, and UX researchers.
As a leader within the Payments organization, I drive design strategy, process improvements, team allocations, negotiations, and the overall workload for my UX team. I regularly report to our Senior Leadership Team on OKR status, success stories, and results from customer outcome initiatives, both frequently and quarterly.
I connect the dots on everything necessary to ensure smooth processes, alignment, and efficient communication within my internal team and across the cross-functional products within Chase, known as Quad. I ensure that our solutions are customer-first, leading with research and leveraging data and analytics based on our design strategy playbook.
